STAFFING

From simple set-ups and buffets to formal sit downs, have our professional chefs, servers, waiters bartenders and/or dish washers make your event a breeze. All staff are contracted for a minimum of four hours. Any event requiring staff will have a 15% gratuity added.

  • Food Buffet Service.............1 Waiter per 25 guests

Bartenders:

  • Soft Bar/Plastic Ware .........1 Bartender per 100 guests
  • Soft Bar/Glass Ware ...........1 Bartender per 75 guests
  • Full Bar/Plastic Ware ..........1 Bartender per 75 guests
  • Full Bar/Glass Ware ............1 Bartender per 50 guests
